Nevada

In order for a foreign (out-of-state) company to do business in Nevada, they must publish a statement about the business from their last calendar year. This statement must appear in two issues of a newspaper with a weekly circulation of at least 1,000 people, and should be published no later than March, or the end of the third month following the close of the fiscal year. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of $100 per month and the loss of authorization to practice business in Nevada. Our service will satisfy all the necessary requirements, and includes:

  • preparing the legal notice
  • publishing the notice in the required publications
  • obtaining the Affidavits of Publication from the newspapers and delivering them to you
  • auto-emails to keep you updated on the process
